1. No Returns or Exchanges unless specifications stated below applies
2. 7th Heaven will cover the costs of the return in case of:
- Defective product: In case the customer receives a product with a defect, you can return it at no cost. A return label will be sent to the customer to return the product. Once the return is made and received by the company, the item will be replaced or the customer will be given credit for the value paid for the product for a future purchase.
- Wrong product: In case the customer receives a different product or size than the one he ordered. You can return the product at no cost. A return label will be sent to the customer to return the product. Once the return is made and received by the company, the item will be replaced or the customer will be given credit for the value paid.
- Cancellations: The cancellation of an order will be accepted as long as the customer requests the same before his order is shipped. and a cancellation fee of $5.00 will be charged. If the customer wishes to cancel his order but his order has already been shipped, the cancellation of the order CANNOT be effected.
- Refunds: Any refund authorized by the company will take 3-5 business days to process.
Shipments: The company ships from Monday to Friday and the deadline for an order to be shipped is 1-3 days after being paid. The customer will be provided with a tracking number of his order so that he can check the status of the shipment of his order and when it is the estimated delivery date of the mail service.
